Founded in 2004, Parbakshi Sri Sri Ramakrishna Sevashram has been working hard with the help of our members and volunteers to help individuals in our area. Our work is dedicated to funding and delivering charitable services, and we strive to inspire and improve the lives of those who need assistance. When it comes to making a positive change, Parbakshi Sri Sri Ramakrishna Sevashram provides a variety of charitable programs and initiatives for you to get involved with. We’re looking forward to having you involved.
The Sevashram organizes Durga Puja every year and people participate in the cultural functions and seminars held during these days. They are catered with full course mid-day lunch prasad for three days free of cost.
The birthday celebrations of Sri Ramakrishna, Swami Vivekananda, Ma Sarada have been observed with due solemnity and fervor since inception of the Sevashram. Countless numbers of people irrespective of caste, creed, color or culture take part in these celebrations and become enriched in heart. The Kalpataru Day Festival on 1st January every year and the annual festival on the anniversary day of sevashram are also observed. People attending these functions are offered full course lunch prasad during these days. On the average around five thousand people take mid-day lunch prasad.
The sevashram also observes Saraswati Puja, Janmasthami, Netaji's Birthday, Rabindra Jayanti, Republic Day & Independence day of India, X-mas Day celebration etc.

The Sevashram is going to start an Old Age Home, called 'Banaprasthashram' on the land purchased for this purpose.
